I’ve been in the wellness industry for nearly 25 years and my certifications as a Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Meditation Instructor give me a unique skillset that can help you to achieve your goals. What Is Wellness Coaching?
Wellness coaching is the use of evidence-based techniques and strategies to make changes that support health and well-being. Each person is different and there is no one size fits all solution to what you need. That’s why our collaboration is very important. We’ll work together to get a clear picture of your goals. Then I’ll use my years of experience and training to create a plan for you. That plan could include fitness training, focus on dietary changes, flexibility, stress reduction techniques, time management strategies and more. Then I’ll help to keep you accountable and we’ll adjust the plan as your needs and goals change.
